Number Packs
The Maths My Way Number Packs provide a selection of engaging resources for each number 1–10. These include songs, rhymes, games, real life videos and formation animations.
Sample Unit: 17. Addition
This unit explores the building blocks of addition as children learn how to combine sets up to 10. They represent these pictorially (using ten frames and counters) and then abstractly (using number sentences). They will also be introduced to the + and = symbols. The learning in this unit forms the basis for understanding addition (including the commutative property) which can then be applied to larger numbers.
Sample Unit: 8. Collecting Data
This unit offers children the opportunity to collect and explore data about the world around them, understanding how this information can be recorded. Throughout this unit, children will gain a fundamental understanding of data and its applications. They will learn to pose questions and report their findings using pictograms, block graphs, and tally marks.
