Unlock your access to Folens digital teaching resources *New for 2024*

Folens offer a range of ancillary materials to schools adopting one of our titles. These include teacher resource books, posters and digital teaching resources, which are designed to ensure you use the programme to its maximum potential.

Due to the introduction of the new Schoolbook Grant, Folens have updated the process to obtain access to these resources in line with the requirements issued by the Department of Education this year. 

To ensure you receive the correct materials and also to grant you access to our exciting digital resources, we request that you submit the following documents based on the type of school that you are or which class/year group you are submitting on behalf of. 

  1. If you are a Primary School, along with the school booklist there must be evidence of Purchase for all Folens titles that you are looking to have access to.  (This can be a copy of an invoice from the Bookshop. If you purchase directly from Folens, no further information is required.)
  2. If you are a Post Primary School (Fee – Paying) for Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate, please submit your complete School Booklist for all years that will be sent to parents for the coming school year.
  3. If you are a Post Primary School (Non Fee – Paying) and are in receipt of the new Government Schoolbook Grant,  

The following steps outline how to submit the above information for your school.

Send your  full information file to this email: support@folens.ie with the following details: 

Your full name 

Your email address (to receive confirmation and access details) 

Your school's name or roll number 

Any additional comments or requests 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • State all titles and editions on the booklist
  • The quantities of books purchased must be stated on the evidence of purchase.
  • Include all currentbook rental information to assist in understanding your school's needs 
  • Cover all class levels to secure resources for each class/year grouping.
