Fast Forward
Fast Forward has been developed for children in the middle and upper primary classes, who are experiencing difficulties with literacy. Suitable for ages 9-14 years. The books look "age-appropriate" in terms of design and size and will expose children to a range of text types. There are over 200 titles to choose from across levels 6-25 and can be bought individually or in packs.
Collins Big Cat
This Collins Big Cat series of 93 dual banded books with high-interest stories for children with lower vocabulary is designed to develop a child's fluency and comprehension. Age-appropriate illustrations go hand-in-hand with suitably levelled text to support and engage struggling readers.
Raintree: Igor's Lab of Fear
This Raintree series of 48 Hi-Lo books offers plenty of choice to engage reluctant readers. Featuring exciting illustrations and gripping, page-turning text, right up to the final page! Each book is a spooky story from living shark fossils to creepy arcade games. These special editions have reduced level text suitable for a reading age of 6-7, but with an interest age of 8-14 years of age.

Barrington Stoke
Barrington Stoke readers are high-quality fiction titles aimed at reluctant or dyslexic readers with reading ages of 7–12. A huge range of titles are available from well recognised and award-winning authors.
